Starlight Distillery’s Blackberry Whiskey highlights the history of blackberries grown in Starlight, Indiana and pays tribute to the distillery’s rich agricultural history. To this day, Starlight Distillery continues to farm fields of blackberries on the 700+ acre Huber family farm. Our Blackberry Whiskey begins as a blend of bourbon and light whiskey, aged for 12-24 months. This 84-proof whiskey is blended and flavored with sun-ripened blackberries, creating a vibrant and bold union between the carefully crafted whiskey and farm fresh blackberries.
