Starlight Distillery Carl T. Bourbon

Named after 4th generation Huber family member, Carl Theodore, Starlight Distillery's Carl T. Bourbon Whiskey is a tribute to the legacy that started it all. This flagship bourbon begins with a blend of the distillery's signature 3 and 4-gain bourbon mash bills, crafted from grains harvested on the 700+ acre Huber family farm, where the distillery resides. The Huber family has farmed this land since 1843, carrying forward generations of agricultural tradition and craftmanship. 

Distilled in our Vendome Copper stills, this straight bourbon whiskey is aged a minimum of 4 years in the distillery's signature red rickhouses before being bottled at 92-proof on the seventh-generation family estate. Sustainably crafted and blended, this small batch bourbon is a product of 20–30-barrel blends featuring bourbons aged between four and seven years. Each batch is comprised of carefully selected barrels sourced from a variety of premier cooperages, predominantly Kelvin, Zak, and Independent Stave Company cooperages. Starlight Distillery's Carl T.
