Starlight Distillery Bottled-in-Bond Bourbon

Starlight Distillery’s Bottled-in-Bond Bourbon is produced under the strict standards of the Bottled-in-Bond Act of 1897 and bottled at 100 proof. Crafted from grains grown and harvested on the 700+ acre Huber family farm where the distillery resides, this small-batch bourbon is a true grain-to-glass expression rooted in generations of family passion and craftsmanship.

Sustainably crafted and blended by Dana Huber, each Bottled-in-Bond Bourbon release is composed of carefully selected 8–12-barrel batches aged four to five years. The barrels are matured in new American white oak from Canton Cooperage, featuring 24–36-month air-dried staves, toasted heads, and char levels ranging from #1 to #4. This thoughtful maturation process creates a refined bourbon with a soft oak finish that beautifully complements the whiskey’s rich and elegant character.
