Starlight Distillery’s Light Whiskey is a bold and innovative expression that reflects the Huber family’s deep commitment to craftsmanship, local agriculture, and community. Produced on the Huber family farm in Starlight, Indiana, this single barrel whiskey is a traditional, yet expressive whiskey that showcases the creative potential of grain, proof, and cask finishing.

Distilled from a mash bill of 95% corn and 5% malted barley, the whiskey features estate-grown grains alongside locally sourced corn from farmers within the Starlight community. Produced at a higher distillation proof — above 160 and below 190 — the spirit creates a refined foundation designed to showcase the influence of Starlight’s extensive barrel finishing program.

Each single barrel is aged in carefully selected used Starlight Distillery finishing casks, including authentic sherry, cognac, port, honey, VDN, and previously used bourbon and rye barrels. Matured in Warehouse 5 and bottled at cask strength, this expression highlights Starlight Distillery’s dedication to innovation while honoring the agricultural heritage and family values that define the Huber legacy.
