 Starlight Distillery’s Peach Whiskey highlights the rich agricultural history of peaches grown on the 700+ acre Huber family farm dating back to 1843. Our whiskey is distilled on our Vendome copper stills and is then aged in used Starlight Distillery whiskey barrels for 12-24 months. This 84-proof whiskey is blended and flavored with sun ripened peaches, creating a vibrant and elegant union between the carefully crafted whiskey and farm fresh peaches.
